Staging

We feature beautiful materials and furniture, and expert stagers and designers, we create spaces that make houses more marketable. We have liaisons with several companies, all price points, including an EXCLUSIVE relationship with contemporary furniture manufacturer, allowing us for the best selection in the Boston market. Our homes frequently sell faster and for higher prices than unstaged homes. We install 80 to 100 homes per year and we plan to continue expansion every year. 

Interior Design

We believe in function then fashion. It’s not that we do not value esthetics; we love beautiful materials that create window treatments, upholstery and rugs. We adore the shapes and materials that make great dining and occasional tables. Choosing lighting, cabinets, countertops, fixtures, tile, flooring is our passion. However, defining how to best use your home is as important as what you put in it. We can help you design your space in any decorating style because Deb Ellis Designs, Inc. has great partnerships; custom, wholesale and retail to create great spaces.

As Interior Designers and Stagers, we have a pulse on the latest trends in the market. We can provide help with your design elements as you move forward with your projects, to attract the most number of potential buyers. 

Development 

Deb Ellis Designs, Inc. is actively seeking partnerships and properties to buy, develop and sell. We have relationships with builders and tradesman to help craft a beautiful finished project.
